Jan Egil Ragnhildstveit is the owner and managing partner of Exceed Advisory AS and a board member of Memcare Group, representing TechX. He has extensive experience in strategic advisory, M&A, and business development, and has held several leadership roles in companies such as Visma and Europay Norway. Jan Egil holds a degree in Economics from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.

Lars Martinsen

Martinsen has over 20 years of experience in business development within the technology sector. He founded Memcare in 2017 and serves as its CEO. Earlier, he founded an online media company based in Los Angeles and Oslo, which was later acquired by a leading Scandinavian media group. He also established a software company in Warsaw specializing in digital outplacement solutions. In addition, Martinsen holds several board positions in subsidiaries of Memcare Group as well as in other companies.

Christian Breddam
Board member

Christian Breddam is the CEO of Karbon Invest AS and serves on the board of Memcare Group. Christian has extensive experience in business development, strategy, M&A, financing, and portfolio management. In addition to his board role at Memcare, Christian also serves on the boards of EVO, Ecura, PetXL, and The Social Gaming Group. He holds an MSc in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (BI) and has also studied at Copenhagen Business School.

Investment Director at K11 Investor AS. Fredrik has extensive experience in investments and real estate, having previously worked as a project broker at Fearnley Securities. He holds a degree from BI Norwegian Business School and Cass Business School.
