Skills & tasks
- Collaborate with the CPO and CTO to define the product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Evaluate and identify new market opportunities and customer-centric product solutions.
- Drive product rollouts in both existing and new markets with a focus on local adaptation and compliance.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to reflect business priorities and customer needs.
- Lead the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
- Plan and facilitate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to ensure development progress.
- Engage with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and expectations.
- Research and monitor industry trends and competitors to inform product decisions.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to align product improvements with customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with development and design teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on product progress, challenges, and opportunities.

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Laravel (PHP) for backend development.
- Angular for frontend development.
- Experience in software architecture design, focusing on building modular and scalable systems.
- Proven ability to conceptualize features and define epics and tasks.
- Strong project oversight skills with the ability to integrate incoming information and understand the bigger picture.
- Experience working remote, independently with a weekly cycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experienced in use of AI assisted dev-tools in the day to day work
- Experience with SaaS software is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Proven experience working on SaaS software development projects.
- Strong proficiency with design tools and modern AI tools to accelerate prototyping and ideation.
- Experience with design systems and understanding of frontend frameworks like Angular and React.
- Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and communicate design decisions effectively to developers and stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to take a product idea from concept to final production.
- Language skills: Fluent in English (mandatory). Proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian is a strong bonus.
