    Skills & tasks

    • Fluent/high level of Norwegian or Swedish
    • Respond to customer inquiries (Memcare Notify and Memcare Partner) and analyze customer needs
    • Talk to our customers whether on the phone, through online chat or Skype, answering their questions and forwarding them to our development team
    • Working with startup of new customers together with the development team, ensuring the customers gets what they ordered
    • Provide feedback to management regarding particular clients and prospects
